Nee. De toepassingscontext helpt ons de juiste vragen te stellen, maar de wormwielgeometrie en de asinterfaces moeten nog steeds worden gedefinieerd.
Moet ik het bijbehorende wormwiel opsturen?
Ja, bij het vervangen van een onbekende as of wanneer speling/contact een probleem vormt. Een controle met een overeenkomend onderdeel is veiliger dan uitgaan van een standaard tandwieloverbrenging.
Kunt u een kleine proefhoeveelheid maken?

Lost motion is a system question, not a shaft-only number
Robot joints and indexers are sensitive to direction changes because clearance, bearing support and elastic deflection can all appear at the output. The RFQ should separate the mechanical backlash target from positioning repeatability, control compensation and structural deflection.
If the existing mechanism uses a dual-lead worm, preserve the adjustment logic and measure the current assembly condition before copying one worn component. For a new design, the wheel, center distance and bearing arrangement belong in the same review as the shaft.
